Group Physiotherapy & Group Counceling In ADC


Since starting the work of ADC, it has been conducting group physiotherapy and group counseling sessions with the parents of our clients. It is increasing awareness and dedication to care children with cerebral palsy. It is really a new practice in ADC ,Surkhet.

Special Education Training In Sathisansar Nepal, Pokhara

Sathi Sansar Nepal, is a great organization to working for the children with cerebal palsy. It is in Pokhara.Last time in June 2011 ADC team had been there for special education training. we are really happy to the team of Sathi Sansar Pokhara & special thanks to Miss. Luny Shakya  and Mr. Hom Prasad Adhikari  for Providing to opportunity to learn something about special education for the children with cerebral palsy. Our Special education teachers able to get new ideas there. thanks a lot Sathi Sansar Team.

ADC Activities

ADC has been doing different type of activities since it's establishment. ADC is working on the field of physiotherapy, special education, counseling  for the children with cerebral palsy and neurological disorder coordinating  with Handicap International and INF Surkhet.

 ADC is able to get a great support from HI through Dr Sunil Pokhrel ,PT & Rehab coordinator of HI. and Dr. Prrem Devkota, PT of INF. They create  a nice environment to coordinate each other. We want to say thank a lots to Megan for providing volunteer from INF Surkhet. We want to say thanks so much to Vicky Leonard from England. She is a long experienced on physiotherapy field. She did volunteer in ADC for four month since July  2011 to October 2011.She support us some physiotherapy equipments.Now she is return back to her country.

ADC Surkhet : At a Glance

Association for Disable and helpless Children (ADC) has been conducting the program for the
Children with Cerebral Palsy & Neurological Disorder since 3rd December 2010 (International Disability Day). ADC is specially supported by Dr. Jacques Vigne from France & The Great Monk, Practicing a Spiritual life in India. ADC is formally inaugurated by Dr. Jacques on 29 April 2011.
