Progress report: Roshani Rimal

Roshani in white dress

Roshini Rimal, a 11 years old female child was diagnosed as Diplegic CP. She was one of the oldest of our client. She was 2 years old when she was admitted to ADC. But she left the treatment after some time. Again in 2075-4-26 BS she was again admitted to ADC at the age of 10 years. She had treatment in OPD basis since then. At first she was not able to stand and walk due to problems in her muscle tone. We set goal to prevent any joint contracture, strengthen her upper limb and lower limb, to make her able to stand independently and to able to walk with assistive devices. For our goal the treatment given to her were AOM exercises, play and functional therapy gait and balance training and strength training.
At the end of Asad , we reassessed her and found put that she was able to stand independently, can walk for 2-5 steps independently, can play purposefully and can walk for long with assestive devices.
