ADC started own program from 3rd December 2010.In this period nearest 100 children with cerebral palsy, mental retardetation and others disability have got services(physiotherapy,referal,education,counseling,daycare)from ADC. Dr.Jacques Vigne inograte ADC cutting reeban on the gate of ADC office formally on 25th April 2011.At that time our friend audrey Reymoni, parents of our target children, social workers of surkhet,disability base NGO's representatives,ADC's staffs make their happyness participation.President of ADC Mr. Ganesh Bahadur Rawat facilitate and start the program with introducing Dr. Jacques Vigne.Secretary of ADC Mr.Gyanendra Gautam presented ADC's documents,activities reports and financial report to Dr. Jacques.
